Talk about a historical day.

4,229 days after Bitcoin first broke the $100 mark in April 2013, everyone’s favourite orange has reached a new All-Time-High of $75.000. This marks 238 days since its previous ATH in March 13. And yet we remain in a bear market, with many founders starting wonder if “startup funding” is nothing but a creation myth, and memecoins gobbling up liquidity at a pace that would put Spirited Away’s No-Face to shame.

Bitcoin briefly jumped to $75,281 on November 06

Today also marks a new era for the future of democracy. The long-awaited results of the US elections are in and Donald Trump has once again become the leader of the free world. Never before have the principles of decentralisation felt so pertinent. We need transparency and accountability more now than ever before.

When you face what can feel like Bitcoin vs Democracy vibes, it’s especially encouraging to see the Web3 community champion the future of privacy and identity at this year’s Devcon 7 in Thailand from 12-15 November. With roughly 800 side quests (including an actual treasure hunt) … sooo many awesome events to go to, yet SUCH a nightmare to race against time on city streets.

I acted like a grownup and accepted that there’s just no way I’ll get to even 30% of the events I’d love to attend, but with a little help from our curated guide to the best Devcon side events 👇 as well as a subscriber-exclusive early access invitation from MintPass 👇 I’ll be armed and ready with a daily itinerary to get max B.U.I.L.D. ROI, all while trying out a unique way to transform my Bangkok traffic blues into digital travel memories.
