So, what's Quantumnomics? Think of "quantum" as a fancy way of saying everything's interconnected—from how we live our lives online to how our identities get shaped (and sometimes commodified) in the digital marketplace.

The digital evolution is reshaping society at breakneck speed, and let's be honest, it's not always a pretty sight. Unless you're someone who can buy a social media platform and turn it into your personal playground, AI, Big Data, and a handful of tech giants are running the global economy on the fuel of our data and attention.

And what do we get? Well, not much in return.

And sometimes, let's face it, we feel like aliens even within our own industry—navigating this wild ride that's as confusing and chaotic as it is innovative. We don’t agree with everything we see, and we certainly don’t condone the many bad acts being committed using decentralised, trustless technologies…taking Satoshi’s name in vain.

Technology—whether it's Web3, AI, the metaverse, or XR—has the power to uplift humanity, but if we're not careful, it can also undermine core values like ownership, empowerment, and equity. Closing the door we were exiting through.

Why me?

I'm Nadja Bester, and I'm excited to have you join a conversation I'm literally in the business of having.

I'm the co-founder of AdLunam and Altcoin Observer, deeply entrenched in Web3 fundraising, marketing, and media. For eight years running, I've navigated the highs and lows of the blockchain (also called Web3) industry.

Working remotely and involved in digital marketing since 2012, I've led two marketing agencies, served as the global digital marketing lead for a top 50 pharma company, and helped raise over $300 million for Web3 startups as a fractional CMO.

I've also been a digital nomad for many years, and my son (now an adult) was raised as a worldschooler since the age of 10.

You might have seen my work in publications like Bitcoin.com, Investing.com, BeInCrypto, MSN, and others. Or maybe you've caught one of my keynote talks, panel discussions, or my TEDx talk.

My co-founder Jason Fernandes and I are also behind the #KeepCryptoClean and #FixWeb3 initiatives, which we launched after personally experiencing the darker side of this industry. If we don't speak up when things go wrong, who will?
